Supported Headstand II

I’m now able to stably get into Supported Headstand II and have started working on the first variation. That means, in just three short weeks, I’ve gone from never doing a supported headstand without a spotter to working on different variations and leg movements. You can too!

If you can do big-girl push-ups and can hold Boat Pose for at least a minute, you already have the strength for inversions.
